What are this store’s return and exchange policies?
- Our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery. We do not offer you a refund if 14 days have gone by since your purchase delivery.
- In case of damaged or defective items, please contact us at maryc@marycheffer.com within 48 hours from the item delivery to initiate the return. Return of Damaged Items:
- If the item you purchased is damaged upon arrival please contact us within 48 hours. Retain your original receipt to guarantee a refund of your product. The product must be returned with your original receipt/packing slip. The returned items should be unworn, clean, and in the same condition as were sent out.
- The following items are not eligible for returns and are considered Final Sale Items: intimates/lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics/apothecary, hair items, hats, face masks, earrings, and body jewelry are not returnable for health-related reasons.
- Exceptions for Final Sale Items include damaged items. If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us no later than 7 days after delivery. No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 7-day period or fail to ship the product back to us as directed. Store credit will be offered for any returned items.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges.
- We currently do not offer free returns. Shipping fees are not refundable.
